Secure your brand name

If a company is to be established as a brand on the German market, the company name must be registered with the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA). Business names, association names and tradenames can also be protected. If a trademark has been applied for and then registered, you have secured the exclusive right to the brand. Choose one of our packages and have your trademark protected in Germany now!

Note: The official fee for the DMPA (German Patent and Trade Mark Office), including three classes, is 290€ (fees as of 1.1.2022). From the fourth class onwards, there are 100€ official fees and 50€ (excl. 20% VAT) lawyer’s fee extra per class. The official fees must be paid separately and directly to the DPMA after the application, of which you will be notified by us. If the number of classes is subsequently changed or determined (e.g. for the “Professional” package), the lawyer’s fee for the extra classes will be charged retrospectively after registration. The application usually takes place within ten working days. The duration may vary depending on the package selected and the scope of counselling. Within the scope of a trademark identity search, only identical foreign trademarks are searched for – for further information, please refer to our FAQ.
