Note: The official fee for the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), including one class, is 850€ (fees as of 1.1.2022). From the second class , there are 50€ official fees and from the third class on there are official fees of 150€ extra per class. From the second class , there are 50€ (excl. 20% VAT) lawyer’s fee extra per class. The official fees must be paid separately and directly to the EUIPO after the application, of which you will be notified by us. If the number of classes is subsequently changed or determined (e.g. for the “Professional” package), the lawyer’s fee for the extra classes will be charged retrospectively after registration. The application usually takes place within ten working days. The duration may vary depending on the package selected and the scope of counselling. Within the scope of a trademark identity search, only identical foreign trademarks are searched for – for further information, please refer to our FAQ.
